1. Membership Plan / Card will be valid for a period of 6 month & one (1) year from the date of activation of such membership plan.
2. Activation of Membership Plan may take minimum 24 to 48 hours from the realization of payment. Services can be booked through Amsol website (www.amsol.net.in) or by calling at Call Center (+91-9315888596 / +91 11 22756310).
3. Services will be provided from 8 am to 8 pm on all days of the week.
4. The Plan provides benefit on visiting charge, services & Labour charges only. Parts & material are not included and Amsol may provide hardware at extra cost.
5. Customers can only book services that are provided under the Membership as mentioned on the website or call.(http://amsol.net.in/ contact-us-+91 11 22756310).
6. Customers can also book other services provided by Amsol at extra cost with more discount benefit.
7. Services will be provided only at the Residential / Office Address as provided at the time of purchasing the Membership Plan / Card and only on via registered email id and Mobile No.
8. Customer cannot pass his membership plan and service of other person.

11. Membership plan/ card once purchased are non-refundable. Customer can request for refund within 10 Days.
12. If the material/s required for the service is not made available by the Customer and Amsol service men are asked to buy the material/s, then a conveyance charge of Rs.30 will be charge for a distance of up to 3 km.
13. . In case of any dispute, the Laws of the Republic of India shall apply and the courts at New Delhi only shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
